THE FREIGHTHOUSE RESTAURANT
We hope this finds all of our customers and their families are safe and doing well during this time.
We will be re-opening on Thursday, July 2 for dine-in and carry out service, following all local health department guidelines.
Carry out service will be continuing during dining hours,

The safety and health of both our employees and customers always come first for us, and we want to share with you what we are doing to keep everyone safe when we re-open:
We are working closely to monitor CDC guidelines for businesses and restaurants to make sure we are compliant and in line with all safety and health recommendations.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CHECKS AND TRAINING
During daily wellness checks, anyone displaying symptoms related to COVID-19 will be sent home. We will also be training all of our employees on enhanced health and safety protocols.
We will be limited the number of customers in the restaurant to a reduced capacity, and all tables will be limited to parties of 6 or less, if not living in the same household. All tables will also be spaced at least 6 feet apart.
HYGIENE & CUSTOMER INTERACTION
We will be requiring all Freighthouse employees to wear masks when interacting with customers, and gloves which must be changed regularly. In addition, we will continue to require frequent and thorough hand washing.
CLEANING & DISINFECTING
We will be cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces with increased frequency and using products certified to kill coronaviruses.
Touchless hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the restaurant for both employees and customers.
We have updated our website menu to be mobile friendly and have new disposable menus available for each customer.
As much as possible, we will have both our Back Dock and Front Dock open for outdoor dining with social distancing.
Our self-serve salad bar will be closed until further notice. Each Freighthouse dinner will come with a choice our signature house salad or seasonal salad.
We will continue our carry out service until further notice to allowing customers to enjoy a Freighthouse meal in the comfort of their own home.
